ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 7:45 PM to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Carole McCauley Mass Audubon for proposed removal of an existing precast cement culvert 24″ x 16′ and approximately 23 sq. ft. of fill materials and installation of a seasonal 3′ x 40′ elevated walkway possibly within a tidal creek, Salt Marsh, land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and Great Marsh ACEC at ROW Far Division Road (Map 34, Parcels 33 and 46) in Rowley, MA.
