ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 7:45 PM at the Fire Station to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Edward Surette for proposed grading and spreading of an existing loam stockpile, adding scattered rocks to existing stonewalls, and hydroseeding loam to establish vegetative cover portions within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 293 Wethersfield Street (Map 23, Parcel Lot 47) in Rowley, MA.
