ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by David and Jesse Janelle for proposed demolition of existing 12′ x 20′ deck with stairs and construction of a 15′ x 15′ addition with 5′ x 15′ balcony with stairs over an expanded concrete slab within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 27 Wilkes Road (Map 6, Parcel 14 Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
