ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Rowley Village Green Condominium Trust c/o William Sheehan for proposed and after-the-fact activity to re-establish lawn by the removal of existing salt tainted topsoil, replacing with new, imported topsoil and hydro-seeding and installation of a native meadow reducing lawn area by approximately 12,000 square feet all at 1-25 Heritage Way (Private)
(Map 25, Parcel 98 Lot 1-5) in Rowley, MA.
