LEGAL NOTICE
ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 8:15 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Troy Spaulding for proposed construction of a four (4) lot subdivision with approximately 475 linear feet of roadway, utility connections, septic systems, roadway swales, incidental site grading and construction of three (3) single family homes possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and NHESP Estimated Habitat of Rare Wildlife at 45 & 47 Newbury Road (Map 5, Parcel 62 and Parcel 62, Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
