ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 8:30 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Troy Spaulding for proposed construction of a four (4) lot subdivision with approximately 475 linear feet of roadway, utility connections, septic systems, roadway swales, incidental site grading and construction of three (3) single family homes at 45 & 47 Newbury Rd (Map 5, Parcel 62, and Parcel 62, Lot 1) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 188,358 sq ft. (4.32 acres).
