ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 10, at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Timothy McManus Osprey Court LLC for proposed sewage disposal system grading and restoring 2,601 sq. ft. of impacted area beyond the limit of work with native trees and seed mix within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at Lot 1 Osprey Court (Map 19, Parcel 10 Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
