ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 7:45 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Danielsville, LLC for proposed construction of a new road servicing ten residential lots including underground utilities, stormwater BMPs and a shared septic system at land off Daniels Rd (Map 9, Parcel 23) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 120,000 sq. ft. (2.75 acres).
