ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 9:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Deborah Eagan, Town Administrator Town of Rowley for the purpose of reopening the hearing to address DEP comments on proposed construction of stormwater infiltration Best Management Practices and fill and stabilize an area of eroded bank at an outfall possibly within 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 200′ Riverfront Area of Ox Pasture Brook at 40 Independent Street (Map 15, Parcel 3) in Rowley, MA.
