In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 8:15 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Falcon Ridge Associates LLC for proposed construction of a single family home (portion), subsurface infiltrators (2), clearing, grading and associated utilities possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Border Vegetated Wetlands at 37 Bob Merry Lane (Map 12, Parcel 3 Lot 13) in Rowley, MA.
