ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Kristin Carlson Haborlight Community Partners for proposed soil evaluations possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands including 236 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 13, Parcel/Lot 11) and at 240 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 13, Parcel 12 Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
