ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by John Colantoni of Triple Q, Inc. for proposed soil evaluations possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, 100′ Vernal Pool Habitat Area, and NHESP Priority Habitats of Rare Species including land off Newbury Road (Map 1, Parcel/Lots 21 and 22; Map 6, Parcel/Lot 16) at 248 Newbury Road (Map 1, Parcel Lot 20) in Rowley, MA.
