NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Georgetown Chp. 161Wetlands Protection, and Regulations, a Public Hearing will be held by the Georgetown Conservation Commission on Thursday, February 26th at 7:00 PM, by Zoom Link found on Town Website Calendar under date of meeting. Public Hearing for a proposed garage at 31 Tenney Street, located on existing grass and driveway, within the 100 -foot bordering vegetated wetland, however outside the 50ft No disturb area.
