NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Georgetown Wetlands Protection Chapter 161 and its Wetland Protection Regulations, a Public Hearing will be held by the Georgetown Conservation Commission on Thursday, January 15 at 7:00 PM, by Zoom Link found on Town Website Calendar date of meeting, for a Notice of Intent application 35 Tenney Street for an addition within 100-feet of bordering vegetated wetlands.
