BOXFORD CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by Zoom videoconference on October 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or such other time when posted to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability applicant Leonard & Samantha Simonelli for the property located at 12 Lantern Lane, Boxford: Map 28, Block 2, Lot 7, to remove an existing pool, pool patio and shed within the Buffer Zone to Wetland Resource Area, and restore the project area to lawn and landscaping.
The Zoom videoconference information will be posted on the Town website in advance of the meeting. This is a joint meeting under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131, Sect. 40, as amended, and Boxford’s Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations.
