EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/MANAGEMENT AGENT

The Georgetown Housing Authority seeks an experienced housing administrator/management agent for leadership and management of its programs, properties, and contracts. The Georgetown Housing Authority owns and operates 126 units of state-aided 667 elderly/handicapped public housing, 10 units state-aided 705 family housing. They also have a management agreement to manage the Topsfield Housing Authority which has 60 units of state-aided 667 elderly/disabled housing.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of two years’ experience in housing management, community development, public administration, or a closely related field that demonstrates strong management and organizational skills. Knowledge of the principles and practices of housing management, finances and maintenance systems in public and private housing is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Willingness to work with people of various socio-economic backgrounds. Willingness and interest in working with tenants on a personal level. Knowledge of laws regulating State housing programs is desired. Certification as a Public Housing Manager from a HUD/EOHLC approved organization is desired or obtained within one year of employment.
The salary range is up to $92,274.00 depending on experience and certifications and in accordance with the EOHLC Executive Director Salary Schedule/Calculation worksheet. The work week is 38 hrs. Per week with benefits.

Kensington, NH – The Carriage Barn Equine Adaptive Therapy Programs is looking for volunteers to assist with Therapeutic Horseback Riding & Carriage Driving, Fundraising, Events, and Fun Activities. Volunteers are needed at various times throughout the week to work with horses and clients.
Teens, adults and retirees welcome (volunteers must be at least 15 1/2 years old). Experience and horse knowledge is a plus, but not required. Are you a student with a community service requirement (Honor Society, Scouts, 4-H, Graduation, etc.)? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Industrial Maintenance Position
Steel Fabrication Plant, Rowley, MA

Capone Iron Corporation is located in Rowley, MA is in search of an experienced Industrial Maintenance person for our steel fabrication shop.

The primary responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Perform a variety of activities related to repair and maintenance of physical plant including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, hydraulics and pneumatics
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance to fabrication machinery per requirements
Analyze and solve electrical and mechanical problems
Assist with snow removal, plowing, sanding, shoveling, etc.

Requirements:
Technical institution diploma or equivalent training
Minimum 3 years experience is preferred in the maintenance of industrial machine repairs, and specifically fabrication equipment, overhead cranes, etc.
Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Forklift, Hydraulics certifications a plus
Ability to read, comprehend and work from technical documents, blueprints and electrical schematics
Valid driver’s license, CDL a plus
Must have reliable transportation
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

for any of these positions:
Able to use overhead crane system
Familiarity with various steel shapes is a plus

Good communication skills, including the ability to read and speak English fluently
