ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 8:00 pm to consider an Amended Order of Conditions application filed by James Decoulos Danielsville LLC for proposed amendment to issued Order of Conditions 63-0725 for protection of proposed Open Space in an OSRD project at Land off Daniels Road (Map 9, Parcel 23) in Rowley, MA.
