There is a $10 entry fee or $20 entry fee and award eligible, and spectators are free. Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, commonly referred to as “VNEOC,” is a nonprofit organization whose primary focus is ending Veteran homelessness and providing supportive services that sets Veterans up for success. From housing support with case management to helping Veterans with employment rather than finding jobs and even working with them to put together a resume, even offering financial workshops, and more. Veterans Northeast Outreach Center can literally help a Veteran and their family with just anything.

All proceeds from the car show will directly benefit the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center. Businesses, and those who would like to be a sponsor or make a donation towards the car show can contact the fundraising committee via email at vneoccarshow@gmail.com. Besides sponsorships, donations of raffle items are also being collected.

“Every day is an opportunity to do great things”, says Scott Forbes, Executive Director of Veterans Northeast Outreach Center. Forbes feels being able to connect with the community allows VNEOC to carry out their work. “As a non-profit organization, much of VNEOC’s funding is received through federal and state grant awards. However, our mission cannot succeed without the support of our community partners. Donations are received in a variety of ways; food, clothing, volunteerism, and financial support. Community support allows VNEOC to offer additional services & supports that are not covered by grant funding. Investing in our organization provides a sense of hope, comfort, and peace of mind to those veteran families that truly need a helping hand. It’s not “if” we can help you, rather its “how” we can help you,” added Forbes.

Those who would like to showcase their vehicle are welcome to do so. The entry fee is $10 or $20 entry to be award eligible. The event is free to the public. Those interested in sponsorship opportunities or have any questions can contact vneoccarshow@gmail.com for more details. “From local businesses, to elected officials, and the community at-large, the city of Haverhill continues to support VNEOC and the Veteran community. Without their support we would never be able to offer the services and assistance that help hundreds of Veterans and their families. For that, we are truly grateful,” says Forbes.
