GROVELAND – Everyone’s favorite sheep are back at Veasey Park! The sheep, provided by Georgetown’s Goats to Go, come each year to help keep the open meadow at the park mowed. Goats to Go also generously follows up on the sheep by mowing the vegetation down, keeping the fields neat and trim.
This year some goat friends have also come to chow down on weeds and invasive species along Washington Street at the park.
Hurry up and stop by to visit the sheep. They won’t be there much longer. ♦
