NEWBURYPORT – The Lighthouse Preservation Society (LPS) has joined with The Proper Shoppe to start offering breakfast and lunch high teas at the lighthouse, according to LPS Founder and President, James Hyland.
Hyland refers to this new offering as “A fantastic blend of two niche experiences that have combined to create an unforgettable one-of-a-kind romantic dining adventure.”
The high teas are being offered for breakfast and lunchtime slots at the lighthouse. Those hours are 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM for breakfast and Noon to 4:30 PM for lunch. Booking can be done here: https://lighthousepreservation.org/reservations/
The Proper Shoppe describes High Tea as more than a meal; it’s an invitation to pause and lose yourself in a world of elegance. Each curated tea and delicately crafted bite is a moment of delight, served with care in a space that blends the warmth of a coffee shop with refined design.
Lighthouse Preservation Society – The Lighthouse Preservation Society is the nonprofit organization that has made lighthouse preservation a national issue with Congressional hearings, conferences, the sponsorship of National Lighthouse Day and its celebrations, the nomination of 35 U.S. lighthouse stamps, and the raising of nearly $6 million for over 160 lighthouse projects.
