METZY’S is entering a new era, evolving from a beloved local restaurant and food truck into a broader food, hospitality, entertainment, and events brand let by an expanded team of culinary and operational leaders.
Founded by Erik Metzdorf as a food truck in 2014, Metzy’s is celebrating the truck’s 12th anniversary and the Cantina’s 10th anniversary in 2026. Its next chapter brings together dine-in service, authentic BBQ and Taqueria favorites, catering, expanded mobile food services, private and corporate events, entertainment and community gatherings.
