ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 8:30 PM to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Rob McVoy Redline Properties, LLC for proposed grading with erosion controls for construction of a building and stormwater management devices possibly within 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 431 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 23, Parcel 35).
