LEGAL NOTICE
ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 8:15 PM to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Rob McVoy Redline Properties, LLC for proposed driveway crossing filling 786 sq. ft. of wetland with replication of 810 sq. ft., clearing, grading within Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and the associated 100′ Buffer Zone with clearing for future storage at 431 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 23, Parcel 35) in Rowley, MA.
