ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 8:00 PM to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by TAKJ LLC c/o DiLuigi Food for proposed extension of existing bituminous concrete parking lot, stormwater drainage infrastructure, and grading possibly within 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 58-66 Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel 10 Lot 5-C) in Rowley, MA.
