WEST NEWBURY – The Town Governance Committee is working with a consultant to conduct an Organizational Assessment of the Town of West Newbury’s government. This assessment will evaluate the structure and operations of town government and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness to the community’s needs. Our consultant, Community Paradigm Associates, is seeking input from residents to assist in the development of recommendations as part of its work. The survey input will also be used to guide the search and selection of West Newbury’s next Town Manager.
