ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 8:45 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Nick Meninno NSD Realty Trust for proposed construction of a single-family residence with associated driveway, septic system, water service connection and incidental site work possibly within the Natural Heritage Estimated Habitat for Endangered Species at 4 Travers Way (Map 5, Parcel 62 Lot 3) in Rowley, MA.
