The North Shore Chamber of Commerce presents its 2026 Honor Scholars Recognition Dinner on Thursday, May 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hilton in Danvers.
The North Shore Chamber’s Honor Scholars Recognition Dinner celebrates the top 3 percent of students in the graduating classes of public and private high schools on the North Shore. This year, just over 200 graduates from more than 30 high schools have been selected for this special recognition.
This longstanding tradition is celebrating its 58th year. It began in 1968 when the honorees were only Beverly High students, because the Chamber served only the city of Beverly. Today, with the growth of the Chamber, the event has grown to encompass the entire North Shore.
Tim Collins, Founder of EBSCO Publishing and ex-CEO of EBSCO Information Services, will be the event’s keynote speaker.
A second special guest will be Todd Angilly, official singer of the National Anthem for the Boston Bruins, who will perform the Anthem prior to the program.
All Honor Scholars will be presented with certificates and recognized by name on stage.
Through the sponsorship of the business community, all Honor Scholars are invited to attend the dinner for free. They will be joined by school officials, family members and representatives of the business community.
