NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Georgetown Wetlands Protection Chapter 161 and its Wetland Protection Regulations, a Public Hearing will be held by the Georgetown Conservation Commission on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00 PM, by Zoom Link found on Town Website Calendar date of meeting, for a Notice of Intent application by BSC for New England Power Company for utility work within 100-feet of bordering vegetated wetlands and a vernal pool.
