Local McDonald’s Owner Operator Carissa Haley had a lot of fun last week giving away backpacks filled with school supplies to help children and families start the school year prepared and confident.
From 12 noon until 4 p.m., a week-ago Tuesday, smiling students and thankful parents spun an interactive wheel to win backpacks and prizes at the McDonalds at 100 Macy Street in Amesbury.
“I feel blessed to be able to give back to this community that supports us,” said local McDonald’s Owner/Operator Carissa Haley. “The families here mean so much to me and my team, and I’m proud to show our appreciation by giving back ahead of the school year.” ♦
