ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Sarah Winderlin for proposed soil evaluations possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Isolated Vegetated Wetlands and Isolated Land Subject to Flooding at 39 Meeting House Road (Map 6, Parcel 28) in Rowley, MA.
