ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 7:45 PM to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Andrew Grainger for proposed installation of a replacement subsurface sewage disposal system possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and the 200′ Riverfront Area of Ox Pasture Brook at 23 School Street (Map 24, Parcel 124) in Rowley, MA.
