NEWBURY – Rising indie-pop artist Ava Valianti, a 15 year-old high school sophomore, is making major career moves with her fi rst-ever performances in New York and Boston, supporting the release of her upcoming single, Laugh Track. The track drops Friday, April 4th, on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major music streaming platforms.
Ava made her New York City debut on Friday, March 14, with live performances at The Bitter End (Greenwich Village, NYC) – One of the city’s most legendary music venues, The Bitter End has hosted icons such as Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Joan Baez, and Stevie Wonder; She also performed at The Greenpoint Gallery (Brooklyn, NYC)
Back in Boston, Ava will continue the celebration with a special release show on Saturday, April 5, at 9:00 PM upstairs at Charlie’s Kitchen in Harvard Square, Cambridge. The iconic venue, known for its intimate, high-energy atmosphere, will serve as the perfect setting for fans to experience Laugh Track live for the first time.
Over the past year, Ava has gained recognition with singles like bubble wrap, Middle Ground, January, and Wishing Well, which have been featured on over 130 radio stations across North America, including Boston’s 88.9 WERS, 92.5 The River and 95.9 WATD. Her music has also charted on College Radio and MMD nationwide. She’s earned two New England Music Award nominations, and secured her a Runner-Up spot in the 21st annual International Acoustic Music Awards (IAMA).
Produced by award-winning composer Chris Plante and Tate Pinyochon, Ava’s new single, Laugh Track, is set to showcase her signature blend of indie-pop storytelling and heartfelt vocals. With her first NYC and Boston shows on the horizon, Ava Valianti is a rising star to watch in 2025.
