ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 8:45 pm to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation application filed by Ted Speros Rowley Farms Development, LLC for proposed delineation of regulated wetland resource areas at various off Silva Ln. (Map 8, Parcels 61A, 62, 62-B, 62-C, 62-D, 62-E), 531 Haverhill St (Map 8, Parcel 63, Lot A2), 43 Daniels Rd. (Map 8, Parcel 51), 53 Daniels Rd. (Map 8, Parcel 50), land off Smiths Ln. (Map 13, Parcel 3), and land off Daniels Road (Map 13, Parcel 4) in Rowley, MA.
