ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Mark Savory for proposed soil evaluations and installation of a sewage disposal system to replace a failing system for the single-family dwelling within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 13 Prospect Street (Map 15, Parcel 78) in Rowley, MA.
