WENHAM — Town Administrator Steve Poulos announced that Gordon College has agreed to sell a significant parcel of land abutting Coy Pond to Pulte Homes, which intends to develop age-restricted housing. “This project, like any other, will be reviewed by the Planning Board and will progress with thoughtful consideration of its potential impacts on the Town of Wenham. We look forward to beginning and maintaining an open dialogue with Pulte, with a goal of ensuring that any new development ultimately benefits our community.”
