BOSTON – At the December 18, 2025 Holiday Pops performance in Boston, 2019 Make-A-Wish recipient Andrew Marshall – a Boxford native – served as guest narrator for ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.
Andrew’s wish to meet John Mayer was granted in 2019 by Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island and helped Andrew stay strong during his cancer journey, inspiring him to fully commit to pursuing a career as a singer/songwriter.
You may have seen Andrew as he was a quarter-finalist on NBC’s The Voice. He now lives in Nashville, though his true home remains Boxford, Mass.
Andrew is an advocate for Make-A-Wish as a member of the local Wish Community alumni program of Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He performs and fundraises on behalf of Make-A-Wish MA & RI and other chapters around the country in support of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
