GROVELAND – Groveland Water and Sewer Department Superintendent Colin Stokes will be leaving his position and moving on to become superintendent in nearby Georgetown. During his time with Groveland, Stokes has overseen replacement of outdated pipes, moved the Commission into its new office on School Street, and worked to address system problems with discolored water due to excess iron and manganese. The Commission has started a search for a new Superintendent. Stokes has agreed to fill in part-time until a new superintendent is hired. ♦
