Amesbury — Want to help keep an eye on the Seabrook Station nuclear plant in New Hampshire?
The C-10 Research and Education Foundation, the non-profit, citizen-run watchdog over the station, is raising money next week by holding a silent art auction at an Amesbury brewery.
C-10, founded 30 years ago, monitors radiation levels from the plant in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. It has taken the lead before federal agencies to monitor decaying concrete at the plant.
It will hold the art auction from 5 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the Barewolf Brewery, 12 Oakland St. in Amesbury. Admission is free to enjoy music, food and drink along with local art that will be auction off.
The event is still open to local artists.
