A CRITICAL HABITAT IN A CHANGING CLIMATE

With over 20,000 acres stretching from Cape Ann to New Hampshire, the Great Marsh is the largest salt marsh in New England! Its vast, scenic landscape is a source for artistic inspiration & exceptional recreation while providing important habitat for birds, fish, and other wildlife. Join members of the Great Marsh Coalition for a variety of activities to learn more about this crucial habitat and what organizations are doing to help preserve it.

These events feature significant conservation work currently being done for the environment across the Essex National Heritage Area.
