GLOUCESTER — Bring a picnic dinner and a blanket to the Hammond Castle Museum Thursday, July 21st for this 1980s fantasy classic movie Willow. This movie night is carry in/carry out & lawn seating only. Doors open at 6pm, movies start at sundown. Concessions will be available for purchase. In the event of inclement weather, the movie will be moved inside to the Great Hall.
When a good-hearted farmer named Willow Ufgood discovers a baby girl prophesied to end the rule of the evil queen Bavmorda, he sets out on an adventure to return the child to her people. Encountering all manner of creatures and characters, Willow finds both companionship and villainy along with a newfound skill as a sorcerer! Hammond Castle Museum is located at 80 Hesperus Ave. Gloucester. The museum is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
